Screen Actors Australia: Geelong

About

The Screen Actors Studio began in 1992 with a handful of students, one teacher and a small church hall . We set out to develop a way of training actors for the screen that was simple and effective. Over ten years of workshopping we developed a sytem that combines the best of Australian multicam TV Drama techniques and the highly successful US emotional realism style of acting.

Today, the Screen Actors Studio operates as Screen Actors Australia and trains actors in four studios in the Victorian metro and regional areas in the popular American-style known as 'Method Acting'. From the actors in our initial group depicted in our original "Stars Of Tomorrow" poster six are now national TV stars and two are working internationally.
