Dalmatian Driving School

About

Michelle and I have a history of driving, in and around Melbourne and Geelong over a period of 35 years respectively and this, in turn, has afforded us a wealth of experience to impart on you whilst you are learning to drive in Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula. We are very passionate about supplying a relaxed, enjoyable and "information packed" learning environment.

As your driving instructor, it is our aim to mentor you to a standard where you are anticipatory thinkers and are naturally suspicious of every other road user's actions. this form of training allows you to "expect the unexpected" and keep you safe whilst driving on the roads around Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula.

An example of our intuitive includes the subject of Green traffic lights. "yes...you can proceed legally but can you proceed safely?" It is a fact that some drivers regularly "crash" red lights. When you are facing a green traffic light it is up to you to "visually clear" the intersection before proceeding through.

Our driving instructors are happy to pick you up from the Geelong Vicroads car park, Officeworks car park or other agreed location in Geelong. this allows us to mentor you in and around the Geelong CBD where you will not only become familiar with the on-road test area but also central Geelong.

During your lesson we will NOT use a mobile phone (talk or text) except in an extreme emergency, in which case your lesson duration will be extended. We are of the opinion that it is "your money and therefore your time". If you ring us and we don't answer please leave a message and we will return your call at the earliest opportunity.
