SearchCraft

About

Searchcraft was founded in 2008 with the purpose of helping companies find great sales talent and people build great careers. We recruit Top Sales Performers for Technology companies.

‘Generalist recruiters’, advertise on job boards and their choice of candidates is limited to those actively looking for a job at the time. This approach potentially neglects 99% of the market which is people who aren’t actively looking for a job at that time! It is based on the candidates need rather than the candidates talent.
