Mission Australia: Stones Corner

About

Mission Australia office located in Brisbane Queensland is a non-denominational Christian community service charity that has been assisting individuals in regaining their independence for over 155 years.

We work toward our goal of reducing homelessness and further strengthening communities across Australia. As independence is important, and when lost the path to regaining independence continues to vary from individual to individual, we assist those in need along the path that is right for them.

We offer a range of integrated long term initiatives with our specialist service areas including homelessness, social housing, employment and skills training, youth services, early learning, community development and family support to empower those in need. With over 3500 staff, we use a variety of approaches supported by Christian values.

We have partnered with governments, corporations and our wonderful volunteers who support us and our community in standing together with Australians in need. Together we stand with Australians in need until they can stand for themselves.
