About

International Workforce is a locally owned and operated Labour Hire and Recruitment company offering a personalised service to each of our clients and candidates. By familiarising ourselves with our clients working environment we can place the best fit candidate into the current team. With immediate access to suitably skilled personnel across a wide range of industries International Workforce has grown in size and respect because it operates under one key fundamental principal every business/client is unique. We continue to build a strong reputation for delivering excellent service at a competitive price.

International Workforce's wealth of knowledge in labour hire, recruitment, training, competency assessment and suitability ensure that all candidates, even in difficult labour shortage situations are fully qualified to perform effectively and responsively in the work place.

The companys capability to supply at short notice is linked to the size and thoroughness of our data base records which are continually updated and cross referenced which enables positive identification of potential staff and the skills and experiences they possess to be matched effectively with client requests. Our staff will make regular contact and site visits to provide first hand management to deal with issues and gain feedback with the purpose of improving our already good service and client relationship. At International Workforce we appoint Account Managers to project manage your staffing needs so that there is no run around when contacting us for additional services.
