Dekro: Melbourne East

About

Dekro Recruitment was established in 1994 and our consultants have had life long careers in Human Resources. We provide a complete Human Resource Service; our clients have the luxury of being able to access the resources normally found in large corporations that have committed hundreds of thousands of dollars to have In House expertise. Dekro Recruitment has consultants available to cover all aspects of the Human Resource Profession from Strategic support at a Director level; to Tactical HR Management, HR Coordination and Administrative support. Dekro assists our clients to successfully create, develop and implement Human Resource frameworks, which are designed to achieve corporate objectives.

At Dekro Human Resource Services we understand that business success is derived through the people engaged in the business. We believe it is becoming harder by the day for organisations to differentiate themselves from their competitors in areas of Capital Equipment, Technology, Systems and the raising of Capital itself. People are at the core of the Product Quality, Safety, Output, Efficiency and Service delivery of any organisation. As a result the organisations that recruit, develop and retain talented people who are dedicated to growing their skills and knowledge, will improve their prospects of business success.

Dekro also believes that there is still one way that organisations can differentiate themselves from their competitors; that is through their Human Resources practices which serve to focus employees on what is important to the business and ensure they understand that the value of their contribution will set their organisations apart from their competitors.
