Premium Mining Personnel provides complete labour hire and permanent placement services through our staff of recruitment professionals to the MINING, CONSTRUCTION & CIVIL industries. We also provide optional services such as:

We specialise in FIFO and residential candidates with a large and extensive database ranging from experienced miners, construction workers and civil candidates.

We have both previously worked with large scale mining companies therefore giving Paul and Debbie both extensive knowledge in Mining and Recruitment.

Paul Allison has been involved in the mining industry for over 22 years and in that time has gained hands on operational and managerial experience.

Debbie has over 10 years mining experience within the Admin, HR and logistics areas therefore having an understanding of what is required.

We are currently providing a recruitment service for many fast growing small to mid size companies and we understand that mining is a 24hr business so we have made ourselves also available and contactable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
