The company was founded over thirty years ago as a security manpower business which employed over 300 security guards. In 2000 we changed direction, and used our industry experience to become a Registered Training Organisation. This has grown to the point where in the last 2 years we have helped over 2800 people find sustainable careers through our training and recruitment services. This family operated business has welded together a team of expertly trained staff who have made it our goal to help people from all backgrounds find long-term rewarding careers. In doing this, we have become a valued resource to some of Australia's best regarded employers.
