Complete Hospitality Training Pty Ltd

About

Complete Hospitality Training is the ideal place to get the skills, training and confidence you need to enter the hospitality industry.

Our comprehensive courses cover bar, beer and cocktail training, barista coffee-making, waiting, safe food handling, required certificates like RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RSG (Responsible Service of Gambling), and more!

Our courses are nationally recognised and accredited, and upon completion of any of them you will receive formal certificates outlining the training you've completed. We are extremely proud of our quality trainers and facilities - our trainers have years of real industry and teaching experience, and our custom-built facilities (including fully functional bar and coffee training rooms) are located at the heart of the Melbourne CBD, only a few metres away from Flinders Street Station. If you'd like to see our facilities for yourself, or would like to observe a class in action, we're more than happy to offer personal guided tours of our premises - simply drop in and we'll show you around.

We offer our courses both individually and also combined as a government subsidised complete training package. Government subsidies are available to eligible candidates and reduce the cost of our combined course by hundreds of dollars!

Our individual classes, such as RSA, RSG, or coffee training, run each and every week. Our subsidised course runs for two weeks full-time (9am-3pm, Monday-Friday) or four weeks part-time (6.30pm-9.30pm, Monday-Thursday, or 9am-4.30pm, Saturday-Sunday). Our full-time courses start every Monday, and the government subsidies allow us to offer the course for $100 to eligible students (or for even less if you hold a Health Care or Pension Concession Card). To find out more or to check whether you're eligible for a government subsidy, call or email us as soon as you can - our courses are popular and fill up fast, so the sooner the better!
