North Shore Private Tutoring

About

North Shore Private Tutoring is the North Shore’s newest tutoring service, specialising in science tutoring, including chemistry and biology for high school students from Years 7-12.

Unlike many other tutors, North Shore Private Tutoring founder Lara Sumegi is a current high school teacher, who is up-to-date with the current syllabus and has access to the latest teaching resources. Lara’s academic background together with her experience in teaching, enables her to select and to deliver the relevant scientific concepts and content efficiently.

In addition, Lara is aware of the common misconceptions and mistakes students make in science and can help correct these which are often overlooked in the classroom. By recognising and understanding the individual challenges her students face, Lara hopes to assist them in achieving their desired results.

North Shore Private Tutoring provides tutoring services for students located in Chatswood, Gordon, Hornsby, Killara, Lindfield, Pymble, Roseville, St. Ives, Turramurra, Wahroonga and Waitara.
