All Shook Up (ASU) dance studio is dedicated to teaching traditional four step rock �n� roll from the 1950s in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. On occasions, ASU also teaches slow swing.

Lessons are held at Telarah Bowling Club on Wednesday evenings, Mayfield Bowling Club on Thursday evenings and at Dance Headquarters in East Maitland on Friday evenings.

ASU also teaches traditional wedding dance lessons at: a venue of the students� choice; one of several registered clubs; or at their fully equipped and professional dance studio.

ASU is as much about encouraging a healthy and active social life as it is teaching students how to dance. Dance lessons are a great way to get fit and meet new friends. They also have regular social gatherings on and off the dance floor. Whether you want to learn to dance for: fun; fitness; social aspects; medals; or competitions; All Shook Up Dance Studio can cater for your needs.

The principal, Gary Haigh, is an associate level two instructor with the Australian Rock �n� Roll Dancesport Council (ARRDC). He is the only dance teacher in the Hunter Valley who is accredited with and a financial member of the ARRDC.
