The reason I love Zumba is simple; its fun, its a great workout and everybody can do it. It does not matter if you are a Beyonce on the dance floor or if you have the proverbial two left feet. It doesn't matter if you are at your fittest, trying to lose weight, trying to tone up or if you are just starting out on a fitness program, we can all have fun together. In Zumba you are not expected to perfectly execute the moves or compare to the person next to you, its about feeling the music - getting lost in the moment and adding your own flavour.

90% of newcomers to our classes tell us "I won't keep up" or "I'm so uncoordinated" or "You're going to get a laugh out of me."

We hear this from every nervous new comer and they all leave with a big smile and become a part of the addiction called Zumba.
