Pole Dance classes for fitness & fun! No previous experience required. Suitable for ages 17 years and over. Programs for men and women. Strengthen, tone & lose weight in a fun and friendly environment. One hour classes, maximum of 6 students per class. Private tuition also available. Hen's & mixed parties in our studio. We make and sell high quality dance poles suitable for all levels (they handle all the advanced tricks, spins & inverts!) We also have freestanding dance poles with a small stage available for hire for private parties at home, corporate functions and promotional events.
