Vertical Fitness runs Pole Dancing, Lap Dancing and Pole Boot Camp classes. We run Monday through Saturday and have both day and evening classes available. We cater for all fitness and age levels and run beginner to advanced classes. An awesome core and upper body workout. We are also available for Hen's Parties and Pole Parties. We sell Stainless Steel Pole Dancing Poles for all roof heights and types.
