About

After spending many years in the farming industry in the Dubbo region, John Morris joined the transport industry, and spent 22 years driving trucks - with 15 years as an owner operator.

His wife Trish joined the business in 1986 and, in late 1992, the couple sold their last truck. During their years in the transport industry, they were insured with NTI, and became a member of the Roadteam and authorised representatives of NTI in early 1993.

It’s their knowledge of NTI’s products and claims process, and their vast knowledge and support of the heavy transport industry that their customers value most. The value added service and support they provide helps their customers to effectively manage their risks. Plus John and Trish’s 24/7 availability for accident claims means their focus is on getting customers back on the road sooner.

These days John lives and breathes transport. He is a Director of the NatRoad Board, incorporating the Australian Road Train Association (ARTA), and is the Chairman of NatRoad’s ‘Road Train & High Productivity Freight Vehicle Committee’. John is the Australian road transport representative on the National Remote Area Consultative Group. As well, John liaises closely with the National Transport Commission (NTC), State and Federal Governments and actively participates in many other transport committees, events and activities all over Australia.

John and Trish Morris are well placed, and have the experience needed to look after NTI clients in regional NSW.
