Chris Van Heer understands that insurance is much more than just a piece of paper. Should the worst happen, the right insurance policy will minimise the impact that event has on the insured's livelihood.

That’s why Chris goes out of his way to ensure his customers have the right NTI product to suit their needs. He also draws on his experience as he offers advice and understanding.

Having worked in insurance for more than 17 years, with more than half of that in heavy motor, Chris prides himself on building long-term relationships with customers and considers himself part of their business. He prefers to meet face-to-face rather than to do business over the telephone or via email and makes himself available 24/7.
