Michael Grist uses his extensive knowledge of NTI products and more than 15 years of experience in the insurance industry to take the hassle out of insurance for his transport customers.

He worked for NTI before becoming an authorised representative in 2007 so he knows how to help people to find the right insurance for them and to assist them to protect their livelihoods.

Michael takes his responsibilities very seriously. He makes himself available whenever he is needed – his customers know they can always rely on him. He listens carefully and draws from his in-depth knowledge to offer a timely response, even to the most difficult question or in unusual circumstances.
