Five years ago we set out to build a company that focused solely on delivering great customer experiences in the delivery of financial services.

Focused on experience

Everything we do is grounded in the principles and practice of the consumer experience. To us, the consumer experience is about how customers perceive who we are through direct interaction - and it’s a fundamentally powerful way to build our brand. We believe that other disciplines like automotive retail, fleet management and salary packaging when combined with our back-end commitment to technology deliver the consumer a best-in-breed experience.

It's all about people

Roche Finance was built by finance people committed to the end-to-end client experience: it's no wonder that we only employ people from relevant car and finance related backgrounds that live out our commitment to the customer. But it’s our staff's unique mix of experience, interests and passion that makes the difference.

Still a different way to work

When we started out, we were committed not to rely on the legacy of older style finance broking structures that have traditional delivery method of financial services as the basis for our new company. Instead, we challenged the conventional formula and created a new approach and process. We sought to deliver a consistent and reliable consumer experience and the theory was always steeped in the "Customers for life" approach.
