National Commercial Funding is a non-bank facilitator of short term mortgage loans, commercial finance, development finance, equity participation and debt restructuring. All National Commercial Funding loans are for "business purposes". National Commercial Funding will provide access to funding secured by residential, commercial and industrial property. Other assets will be considered as collateral security.

National Commercial Funding has access to funding lines supplied by a number of Australian and international syndicates and sophisticated investors.

The owners and management of National Commercial Funding have been actively involved in the facilitation of commercial and bridging finance for the past sixteen years. National Commercial Funding was specifically established as a direct result of the current demand which exists for funding solutions for projects and investments of a slightly more complex nature, or where traditional funding solutions would take too long for a borrower to procure.
