After 15 years employment with a major Australian Bank, Jim commenced his Financial Planning Practice in 1985 and has undertaken significant studies in Banking, Finance and obtained the Diploma of Financial Planning in 1990. Jim then obtained the industry's highest level of status, the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) in 1995 and has continued to undertake ongoing training and practice knowledge skills as required by legislation to maintain his (CFP) status.

Jim advises both new and existing clients in the areas of wealth creation, wealth preservation, wealth distribution, debt reduction, superannuation and retirement planning, taxation planning all with the core aim of clients achieving their lifestyle financial goals. Jim is a CFP member of the Financial Planning Association of Australia (FPA) and adheres to the FPA's Code of Ethics.
