About

I M Finance have a refreshed approach to mortgage broking. We are focused on promoting ethical mortgage broking by complying with all voluntary codes of conduct and having minimum standards for service and for our business operations. We therefore commit:

� to conduct thorough �needs analysis� conducted which is to be signed off by the customer prior to making recommendations

� to issue a Finance Broking Contract to customers prior to requesting approval from a lender outlining any financial benefit I M Finance receives

� to make an I M Finance representative available on-call for customers with any questions or concerns regardless of the stage the loan is in

� to ensure minimum milestone call standards to customers for the life of the loan from application through to payout

� to ensure that all I M Finance representatives are members of the MFAA, have completed a minimum education level of Certificate IV in Finance Broking and comply with the MFAA Code Of Conduct

� to have a readily available an Internal Dispute Resolution policy and to always be a member of an External Dispute Resolution organisation

� to ensure that non-conforming lenders are available for customers who do not meet regular lending criteria

� to be able to provide referrals to customers� who require further discussions by maintaining relationships with experts in risk management, financial planning, real estate and insurance

� to allow the customer to make the ultimate decision on any financial products they decide to acquire

� to be environmentally aware in everything we do, and reduce greenhouse emissions where possible, e.g. using non-paper based communications
