Business Consultancy: Multifocus Solutions provide services in the fields of due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, company restructures, start-ups structure, succession planning

Residential Investment Properties : Multifocus Properties specialise in helping its clients create wealth (and supplement their often inadequate Superannuation) by investing in residential real estate in Australia.

In the process of doing so, we assist our clients with understanding how wealth is created, the mechanics of negative gearing, the various strategies that can be implemented, and the financing of the investments.

Mortgage Broking : Being a MFAA accredited broker with 35 different lenders (including all large banks), I can offer a one stop seamless service to our clients who are acquiring a property, or simply clients who are looking at refinancing existing loans or trying to buy property using the First home Owner�s Grant. This business is run in affiliation with Origin Finance, a well respected broking firm in Sydney.
