Founding 2nd Chance mortgages in April 2000, Kylie became a non conforming specialist in the home loan market in South Australia. Since the inception Kylie has gained a strong and respected reputation in the mortgage industry. After only 2 years in the industry 2nd Chance Mortgages was a finalist in the in the prestigious Australian Mortgage Awards non conforming sales of the year award.
