Cycle Assess is a privately held, specialist bicycle loss-assessing firm based in Sydney with associates in both Melbourne and Brisbane. We support the insurance industry, providing cost effective, fair and timely assessments for all types of stolen or damaged bicycles, anywhere in Australia.

Our innovative online assessing feature enables us to inspect bicycle damage digitally, which significantly reduces our time frames and disbursements without compromising our quality or service.

We have specially negotiated rates with suppliers, delivering insurers with the best possible price for all replacement bicycles, parts and equipment and our national network of repairers fully guarantee workmanship on all repairs.

We are completely independent, Cycle Assess do not repair or sell bicycles nor do we receive incentives from bicycle repairers or suppliers.

We have extensive insurance and bicycle industry experience and we are members of the Australasian Institute of Chartered Loss Adjusters and The Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and finance.
