Trust Set-Up

We arrange all the paperwork that is necessary to get your Fund up and running. Our Trust Deed, which is issued by a national legal firm, allows for pensions and funds in the accumulation phase.

Trust Set-Up includes

* 2 copies of Trust Deed

* Minutes of first Trustee meeting

* Member application(s)

* Registration with the A.T.O.

* Trustee declaration and consent to act forms

On an annual basis we request information relating to all of your Fund�s transactions. We will:

* Establish and maintain members� records and accounting records

* Prepare annual financial statements

* Organise electronic lodgement of returns

* Organise audit of fund accounts and any additional certificates as required

* Maintain minutes of Trustee meetings

Be available for compliance queries.
