Russell McConachy

A devoted surfer, Russell balances his daily life chasing big surf and providing excellent service to his clients. With a broad knowledge of insurance and superannuation, Russell has continued to develop a successful practice throughout the ever changing financial world for over 39 years.

Kirby Smith

Kirby joined Two Mile Bay in 2007 and since then has manged the day to day office, para planning and her own client base. Before joining Two Mile Bay, Kirby worked in local real estate and also with a well known accounting group. The knowledge she gained from these two positions has meant we are able to work with your accountant on devisining the best possible financial plan for your situation.

Kirby has a Bachelor of Commerce Majoring in Accounting and Financial Planning. She has also completed her Diploma of Financial Services and currently studying her Advanced Diploma of Financial Services.
