Associate Professor Bill Walter - Orthopaedic Surgeon appointed as Associate Professor at the University of NSW and University of Notre Dame and currently supervises 2 PhD students, a Masters student and medical students. In 2012 Professor Walter was the President International Society for Technology in Arthroplasty and hosted the annual meeting in Sydney where over 500 scientific papers were presented, on topics such as robotics and technology in Orthopaedic Surgery. Served as Chairman of the department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Mater Hospital from 2011 to 2014.
