Simone Basile Myotherapy was established in 2002 after Simone graduated from RMIT Melbourne with an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy. This successful business has recently taken on a new name, BODYWORKX clinic. We are located in Ringwood and Watsonia.

Myotherapy is the assessment, treatment and management of musculoskeletal conditions which cause pain and muscular dysfunction affecting movement and mobility.

Common causes of muscular dysfunction include trauma, overload or misuse of muscles arising from occupational, sporting or recreational activities.

Myotherapist Simone Basile has been working in clinics and sporting clubs for 12 years treating a wide variety of injuries. She specialises in muscle manipulation and dry needling to gain maximum benefits out of her treatments.

Myotherapist and Remedial Masseur Davide Perna has been treating for 9 years working out of clinics and sporting clubs. His areas of expertise is hip and shoulder injuries which comes from his martial art background.

Remedial Messeur Donna Hayward has been working for 12 years in clinics and sporting clubs. Donna specialises in stretch therapy and will regularly include specific stretches and postural exercises into her massages, to gain better flexibility of the muscles to help restore then to normal function
