Occupational Therapy and Case Management services are provided to all adults with a variety of health conditions and injuries.

These services are provided in Gunnedah, Tamworth, Narrabri, Moree and surrounding areas.

Services include:

-Assessment of care needs and report;

-Home assessment regarding home modifications, home safety and equipment;

-Assessment and recommendations of Activities of Daily Living (ADL);

-Work Site Assessments and Reports.

Services are provided to:

-Lifetime Care and Support (LTCS) participants;

-Motor Accident Authority (MAA);

-Occupational Rehabilitation Providers;

-Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) card holders.

And other services, organisations and clients.

All services are aimed at optimising the client’s best ability to function through a client centred / holistic assessment, detailed report and recommendations.
