OT for Life

About

OT for Life is an established private Occupational Therapy practice which has Medicare, Department of Veterans' Affairs and Mondial Assistance approval as a registered Health Care provider.

Clients include adults, aged care and people with a disability.

Services include individual Occupational Therapy assessments, home visits and Aged Care facility consultations covering a diverse range of medical conditions.

OT for Life currently works with many GPs, providing Allied Health Services on the Upper/Lower North Shore, Hornsby and Hills Shire Area

We are appointed to provide Homefront Assessments to Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) Gold and White card holders and War widow communities. The DVA generally provides a subsidy towards costs of recommendations.

Our experience includes specialty skills in home assessment and community rehabilitation.
