With a unique blend of Nursing experience and Management expertise, Carolyn is well placed to assist you or your organization to Care.

Carolyn has had over 20 years experience in a variety of Management roles and is passionate about quality care delivery and ensuring residents and their representatives are provided with the best of service and clinical care. Carolyn remains a Registered Nurse with AHPRA and is committed to ongoing professional development. A Graduate Certificate in Professional Management has assisted to consolidate her practical experience in the area of management. Carolyn holds a Nationally Accredited Practitioners Certificate in Mediation and along with years of experience in dispute resolution is able to assist with mediation between staff, between clients and providers, or between family members. A certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment enables Carolyn to be able to deliver engaging training in a wide range of topics and can be tailored to the needs of the organization and the individual.

Carolyn understands well the demands of Managers in Aged Care and is able to mentor new staff in management roles and can on occasions be available to provide short-term locum Director of Nursing services.
