The highly-skilled staff are dedicated to offering the best possible individualised nursing care through our person centred approach, with a number of staff and volunteers having been at the residence for many years, providing a greater level of familiarity, stability and understanding.

A dedicated cognitive support unit is also part of Estia Health Wattle Glen, and is designed specifically for those with memory and cognitive care needs, including dementia. This facility allows residents to benefit from specially trained staff and a dedicated lifestyle and activities program.
