Through our personal journey in placing elderly loved ones, we understand the emotions that can be felt and also the time consumed in this complex process to get the best solution for your loved one/s. During our own journey placing family members into permanent aged care and learning of the complexities involved, we made it our mission to help others going down the same path, to help them through this maze of placing their elderly loved one.

We are here to assist you, offering a range of services to make the transition run smoothly and also alleviating the stress that can be felt and also reduce the time that is involved. Help@Hand is here to assist whilst you and your family maintain full control of the process. We believe this aspect is very important. We are a boutique organisation where we pride ourselves on the service we provide.

Because of our great relationships with various admissions coordinators at various permanent aged care homes we are able at times to be escalated on wait lists and in some cases bypass the wait list altogether which can be important in stressful situations.
