As a Health Coach, I am your personal advocate for your child?s health. I work with my clients to help them create happy, healthy lives in a way that is flexible, and tailored for their particular needs. By working together, we can discover the food, nutritional medicine, behavioural, main stream & natural therapies that best support you. We have done the long hours of research so you don?t have to recreate the wheel, we?ve tried and tested most modalities so we can explain it to you, we provide a smorgasboard of info, you take what you need. We?re here to support you to make gradual, lifelong changes enabling you to reach your current and future health goals for your family.

Rhonda Muller is the owner of ASD Healthy Life, a Certified Health Coach and loving mother of four. She decided to become a health counsellor to fulfill her passion of working with children and parents to improve their health and family life. Rhonda?s commitment to supporting families arose after her youngest son was diagnosed with Autism. There were many underlying conditions such as Asthma, numerous food sensitivities and major digestive issues. With a combination of diet, nutritional medicine, behavioural, main stream & natural therapies, a lot of the Autistic traits disappeared, he is now well on the way to recovery.

Rhonda received her training at Integrative Nutrition in New York City, including Australia?s Mindd Foundation plus many other organisations. Rhonda leads workshops on nutrition including shopping tours & offers individual health and nutrition coaching providing easily accessible solutions for a range of Health Issues.

Rhonda?s passion is to provide ongoing support and education to parents on how to naturally recover the health of their children
