Active Seniors Health Centre focuses purely on the needs of mature generations. We combine exercise and stretching with nutrition, balance control and lifestyle into a lifestyle program specifically tailored to each client to perfectly suit their needs.

Our Mission is to improve quality of life in our older generations, by keeping them active and healthy. We do so by providing a safe, caring and friendly environment in which they can exercise, learn more about their wellbeing and interact socially. Our focus is largely on preventing chronic disease and falls using the latest research and techniques.
