About

Hands On Family Care in the Hills is a chiropractice practice dedicated to caring for the health of families in the Hills, Northmead and Parramatta areas. We offer a natural, gentle and effective approach to family health.

Whilst we take pride in caring for the whole family, each of our chiropractors has a special interest in caring for particular community groups. Our senior chiropractor Vanessa Harrington specialises in optimising children's growth and development and pregnancy and preconception care; Matthew Hardy has a special interest in sports conditions; and our principal chiropractor has a special interest in childhood growth and development and geriatric care.

Hands On offers a holistic approach to optimising health through comprehensive examination and assessment of an individual's physical, biochemical and emotional health, and then tailoring a specific program of care to assist the individual to obtain and maintain optimal health.
