Prestidge Chiropractic

About

Prestidge Chiropractic has been established for over 8 years, and is well known throughout the northern beaches and lower north shore community. We excel to provide the most effective health systems available by combining specific and gentle chiropractic adjustments, soft-tissue massage techniques, nutritional advice, and exercise prescription in order to improve a patient's overall health. We are also fortunate to have state of the art digital x-ray facilities, and a full-time massage therapist in order to achieve the best results for each individual case.

Here at Prestidge chiropractic, we pride ourselves on caring for everyone from elite athletes, to newborns, and all the way through to the elderly with gentle and effective techniques that are suited to each individual.

If we believe your condition is not a chiropractic case, we have a large referral base throughout the northern beaches and the lower north shore which we utilise to make sure your health is our number one priority.
