Chiropractic is a natural therapy that has been helping people with a variety of health problems such as back and neck pain and headaches for over 100 years. It is proven to be a safe, effective and a cost effective alternative to drugs and surgery. Chiropractors are highly trained professionals. I have over 9 years of university training with a speciality degree in sports injuries. In my practice, I utilise a combination of gentle chiropractic techniques such as Activator, Network Care, Koren Specific Technique, Webster and gentle diversified (manual) to relieve aches and pains, help people deal with stress more effectively and to assist my patients in achieving optimal wellness. Over my 17 years in practice, I have developed a special interest in pregnancy care, paediatrics and gentle care.
