The techniques used on your back pain and neck pain at this clinic are heavily influenced by up to date research, effective and safe.

Most problems are managed with a combination of massage and joint/spinal correction (manipulation & mobilisation).

The philosophy being that the back and neck have two main components: the soft parts (muscles, ligaments, tendons) and the hard parts (bones & joints). It is important to work on both for best results.

The massage and spinal correction are complemented by heat therapy and exercise. No-one leaves the clinic without exercises to do! Another technique used at this clinic is dry needling.

Consultations at this clinic are generally longer (20-40 minutes), gentle and thorough.
