What to Expect:

On your first visit to Amherst Chiropractic, your chiropractor will perform a detailed case history and examination. This will be followed by a discussion of what treatment methods would be best suited to you. Treatment is included in your first visit at no extra cost to you.

Types of Treatment:

Depending on a range of factors that will be discussed with you at your visit, various chiropractic treatment methods will be used.

These may include chiropractic manipulative therapy (adjustments), mobilisations, soft tissue therapy, kinesio/rock-taping, home stretches, exercises and advice. Your treatment preferences will be taken into account.

Dry needling is also offered by our chiropractors at Amherst Chiropractic.

Further Imaging:

If X-Rays are needed you will be referred to a local imaging center and bulk billed at no out of pocket cost to you.

If any other form of imaging is necessary you will be referred appropriately.
