We follow verifiable sterilisation procedures and strict infection control protocols that meet the guidelines of the Australian Dental Association and Dental Board of Australia. We understand people may have complex dental history and various problems, our dentists spend extensive time listening to your dental concerns, followed by thorough examination and appropriate imaging techniques with on-site high-tech equipment in order to provide more accurate diagnosis and timely management with detailed treatment plans to meet each individual's needs in the most comprehensive way.

At Chats Dental, you can also enjoy your dental experience with our caring staff in a relaxed environment where additional facility is available upon request tailored to your needs. From simple things like a pillow and a blanket, to in-chair entertainment throughout the treatment or even to consider a deeper nap aids with the twilight sedation, you are welcomed to chat about anything dental with us! For your payment convenience, we have HICAPS machine on-site to process all major private health fund cards and accept major EFTPOS and credit cards.

We also have multi-lingual staff to help bridge the communication gaps when required in languages other than English such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Taiwanese and Japanese.

We open six days a week from Monday to Saturday.

We are located on the ground floor with level access at Malvern Ave in Chatswood where street parking and plenty of parking areas in the surrounding major shopping centres are available.
