Did you know that only a very few dental practices in Western Australia have obtained QIP accreditation? So what is accreditation of a dental practice and what does it mean for me I hear you say!

Currently, accreditation is voluntary but the staff of Dentist WA eagerly seized the opportunity for the practice to become distinguished from others whilst also advancing systems of improvements in patient relations, updates to health and safety and legislative governance and to also to be accountable and self-reflective. All staff are constantly reviewing risk management strategies so that patients, staff, contractors, delivery personnel and other visitors may rest assured that their physical and mental well-being is uppermost during their visit. All staff follow strict protocols for patient identification and protection of private information. We ensure that each patient receives information about optimal treatment diagnosed by the dentist, all associated fees, any possible risks and preventative advice so that they can make informed decisions based upon that information.

Are you looking for a gentle, pain-free experience? Do you simply want to get-in and get-out? Do you want extra time to discuss how we can conservatively improve your smile? Or perhaps you would like our Therapist to provide assessment for your school aged children? We provide a relaxed environment for patients so you can learn to love the dentist and not fear us. Dr Gavin Coles offers a vast array treatment options but essentially he values his time with you to discuss conservative and preventative options.

We encourage patients to attend to small issues before they develop into major untreated problems. Your initial treatment plan session will discuss any findings with you and plan your treatment in slow progressive stages to meet with your financial and family commitments. Your treatments will be performed by our Therapist/Hygienist for your preventative care appointments and Dr Coles will look after everything else.

At every 6-monthly preventative care appointment we'll give you an oral hygiene kit to help maintain that beautiful new clean smile. It's our way of saying thank you.
