We provide innovative courses in CPR & First Aid by experienced ex-paramedic instructors.
Our most popular course in First Aid is FIRST AID in a BOX whereby you complete an online course in your own time and then attend one of our 2 hour flexible workshops. Private workshops can be held for groups of 5 or more.
As a part of the training kit you also receive your own personal CPR training mannequin to practice with and use during the workshop. The 2 hour workshops mean that you learn necessary skills without having to attend a one day or two day course.
