Christopher Hart

Dr Christopher Hart studied Osteopathy in Sydney and graduated in 1989, giving him more than 25 years� experience in clinical practice. He is a current member of the Australian Osteopathic Association.

Dr Hart uses various techniques and therapies, including passive and active gentle spinal and joint manipulation, muscle, tendon and ligament mobilisation, advanced Osteopathic counterstain and muscle energy techniques, and pelvic and craniosacral balancing. Other therapies that may be used by Dr Hart in conjunction with Osteopathy include Frequency Specific Microcurrent Therapy, Trigger Point Dry Needling (Myofascial Acupuncture), and Accusonic Sound Therapy (Ultrasound).
