Coast Osteopathy

About

At Coast Osteopathy, we want to find the cause or “WHY?” you are experiencing pain or problems. In order to provide you with an accurate diagnosis, we often require detailed information about your ailment and aspects of your lifestyle, so we can treat your body as a ‘whole’.

Treatment may involve techniques to bones and muscles, but also fascia and connective tissue, ligaments and membranes all of which affect the circulatory, digestive and nervous systems. We love to address the cause of the problem and not just treat the symptoms.

As an Osteopath Jason employs a variety of techniques such as Joint Mobilisation, Muscle Energy Technique, Manipulation, Cranial and Soft Tissue Techniques. He has a special interest in acute and chronic back pain and neck pain. Jason has additional qualifications in Trigger Point Dry Needling and Kinesiology Taping (Rock and Spider Tape) which offers additional treatment options to all patients.

Coast Osteopathy's mission is to provide personalised, high-quality care. Coast is situated on Adelaide's south coast, just a 10 minute drive from Aldinga, McLaren Vale and Hallet Cove and only 30kms from Adelaide CBD and just over 20 minutes from Glenelg.
