OSTEOPATHY is a unique and highly effective style of physical therapy. It recognises the important link in how the structure of the body (i.e., joints, muscles, connective tissue, etc.) influences its function. Your body has an inherent ability to heal itself. This ability is most efficient when your body is structurally sound. By optimising nervous and circulatory flow, your body functions better and your ability to heal is accelerated.

Osteopathy is a COMPLIMENTARY therapy- it is not Alternative. We work well with your GP, Physio, Naturopath, Myotherapist etc in order to manage and treat your condition.

Osteopaths take a thorough case and medical history and we properly diagnose your complaint. We analyse how other regions of the body and various lifestyle factors may be impacting on your complaint and preventing it from healing efficiently. In most cases, when addressed this helps to FIX your problem and STOPS it from returning.

COMMON CONDITIONS THAT WE CONSULT:

Neck and back pain, headache/migraine, sporting injuries, post surgery rehab, disc injury, arthritis, growing pains, infant/child discomfort and many more.

Treatment is safe and hands-on. They include direct techniques such as massage, stretching, mobilisation and manipulation. They may also include gentle release techniques which help the connective tissues of the body to ease, and improve overall well-being (e.g., Cranial Osteopathy).

FEES

- A discounted fee is given to Seniors/Student/Health Care Card holders.

- We have HICAPS so all fees can be immediately claimed through your private health insurance if you have extras/osteo cover.

- Corporate and workplace visits are welcomed and can be arranged.
