Osteopathy is a unique system of manual medicine that treats the cause of the problem rather than it�s symptoms. Many of our patients complain of pain, loss of well-being, and a sense of restlessness or poor concentration. These symptoms are a warning sign of dysfunction and disease. Using an Osteopathic system of diagnosis, we aim to detect changes in the body in order to alleviate symptoms and restore function and well-being.

Osteopaths consider the effects of gravity on posture, musculoskeletal injuries, and fluid dynamics of the body and function of the nervous system. We also recognise how body structure can influence the function of organ systems involved in breathing, digestion, energy production waste removal, immunity and reproduction. All of these elements are important for maintaining good health in body, mind and spirit.
