Since its inception in 2002 HIP has grown from one store in Sydney to many in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria. Sydney pharmacist Ken Lee founded the Health Information Pharmacy business model in his Castle Hill pharmacy in 2002. Ken realised he had to change his approach to his business because he was faced with a lot of the same problems encounted by small and medium sized businesses, as well as a number of problems emerging in the pharmacy industry.

Health Information Pharmacy is an integral part of life for thousands of Australians and we believe we have a responsibility to give back to the community. Many Health Information Pharmacy stores are owned and operated by individual pharmacists, so they play a strong role in local communities. We are committed to strengthening community relationships.
