Can you breathe normally through your nose?

This means to say - can you just in your normal day to day routine breathe normally through your nose?

Those who cannot breathe normally through their nose typically suffer from some form of nasal airway obstruction. This may be caused by block nostrils, narrow nasal passages, allergies, sinus issues or deviated septum.

The Slumber Guard Test is based on the fact that people who snore from the back of the throat often do because they are physically set up to do so.

Factors that can cause snoring from the back of the throat include being overweight, having a poorly defined jawline, and/or an oversized tongue.
