All this takes place in the purpose built facility, with great onsite parking and easy to find location. On the premises, you will be treated in one of three private consultation rooms. Further rehabilitation can be facilitated in our multi purpose gym, which includes exercise bikes, treadmill, multi-gym, free weights, chin up bar, gym balls, gym mats and theraband station.

We also have a beautiful, 20m deep-water hydrotherapy pool. This is maintained at a comfortable temperature of 32 degrees to ensure optimal conditions for exercise and injury recovery.
